According to the author, Sinology of Qing dynasty and Eastern Zhejiang Historiography of Qing dynasty are the extension of Yongjia Zhejiang Learning which focuses “governmental system”. Emphasis of governmental system of Yongjia Zhejiang Learning is associated with Central Plains Philology, Zhang Zai’s School of Guan, Zhang Jiucheng and Yuan kai academic study of the Northern Study; scholars of middle and late stages of Ming dynasty, such as Yang Shen, Li Zhi, Jiao Hong, Chen Di, Hu Yinglin, Wang Shihchen, are promotors of the development from Yongjia Zhejiang Learning to academic learning of Qing dynasty. In academic learning of Qing dynasty, relationship between “Sinology of Qing dynasty” and “Yongjia Zhejiang Learning” was particularly critical since “Sinology of Qing dynasty” elucidated and reinforced main ideas of “Yongjia Zhejiang Learning”. “Eastern Zhejiang Historiography of Qing dynasty” mainly developed the objective of Lu Tsuchien’s “equal emphasis of mind and history” in Yongjia Zhejiang Learning. Therefore, about the development and rise of “Sinology of Qing dynasty”, the scholars’ views that “Sinology of Qing dynasty is derived from Zhu Xi Studies” is thus disputable. In short, traditional Chinese academic study was launched in the north and it emphasized governmental system. However, scholars of Yongjia Zhejiang Learning were the ones who established “governmental system research” as direction of scholarship and academic indicator. This academic style upon governmental system has been neglected because of the rise of Cheng-Zhu and Lu-Wang Studies. Conclusion of this study is as follows: “Sinology of Qing dynasty” and “Eastern Zhejiang Historiography of Qing dynasty” are the ones which inherit and glorify spirit and aims of Yongjia Zhejiang Learning.
