Public opinion has aroused discussions on the working environment and fatigues resulted from shifts-rotating and overworking in airlines industry. This study aims to discuss the job adaptability in a management manner to probe into how idiosyncratic deals impact the job adaptability on airlines staff. Moreover, to analyze if idiosyncratic deals provide self-satisfactory and stimulate working performance as well as team work, further to lower the turnover rate and reduce the training cost. In addition, to explore if idiosyncratic deals motivates staff to accept work rotation and challenges in order to reach personal career growth which benefits both employees and enterprises. This study is to understand the relationship between idiosyncratic deals and job adaptability. With literature references and logical reasoning, it adopts quantitative analyses. The quantitative analysis is applied on the questionnaires which conducts an empirical study and understand the relationship between idiosyncratic deals and job adaptability of them. This study adopts sampling method questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to airlines passenger services staff in Taiwan Taouyan Airport, including junior staff and mid-level staff. 188 questionnaires were distributed to junior staff and 172 questionnaires were collected. 169 questionnaires are valid and the response recovery rate is 98.2%. 47 questionnaires were distributed to mid-level staff and 45 questionnaires were collected. 44 questionnaires are valid and the response recovery rate is 97.7%. The results show that career development idiosyncratic deals are positively correlated with job adaptability. Idiosyncratic deals has a high degree of job adaptability. In conclusion, this study offers relevant industry practitioners the implications of practical aspects of human resource management and recommendations for future research.
