The results of this study found that: 1. Information literacy of reserve military covers global information network information retrieval, information correctness, information ethics and regulations, information security maintenance to maintain four facets; work performance covers six aspects of on-the-job training , work efficiency, information efficiency, teamwork, communication and streamlining work and compliance policy. 2. In terms of information literacy , the performance of information security maintenance, information correctness and information ethics and regulations of reserve military is better than that of global information network information retrieval. Women''s information correctness of information literacy is better than men''s. In terms of work performance, the reserve military''s ability to communicate and streamline work, teamwork, on-the-job training, work efficiency, and compliance policies is superior to the information efficiency. 3. Correlation analysis of information literacy and work performance found that the higher the retrieval capacity of the global information network, the higher the on-the-job training, work efficiency, information efficiency, teamwork, communication and streamlining work and compliance policies. The higher the correctness of information, the higher the on-the-job training, work efficiency, information efficiency, team work, communication and streamlining work and compliance policies. The stronger the computer''s ability to operate, the stronger the desire for the on-the-job training, but the weaker the performance of information security maintenance and information efficiency. According to the results of the study, the suggestions can be provided as reference for the reservist counseling organization. Futhermore, the study also provides other recommendations for relative studies in the future.
