A questionnaire survey was designed to collect the data. The research tool contains the personal background variation of Kaohsiung faculty, a personality traits table, utilization of LINE to communicate for perceptual scale and utilization behavior intent scale, with 325 faculty in Kaohsiung in 107 semester year as the research targets. The data were processed by statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, Pearson product difference correlation and multivariate regression analysis. The results revealed that the personality traits and the varied background variants of the faculty in Kaohsiung had a significant effect on their utilization conciousness in using LINE to conduct the organizational communication. The personality trait also has a significant effect on the behavioral intention of the faculty to communicate with LINE. Furthermore, their utilization consciousness also has a significant effect on the behavioral intention of the faculty to communicate with LINE. The utilization consciousness(availability and accessibility) also has a mediator effect on the personality traits and the organizational communication. Finally, according to the conclusion of this research, the author provides with it as the reference for the school unit, the faculty from public schools and the follow-up researchers. 陳俊卿 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 122 zh-TW
