Financial practitioners face an environment in which domestic and foreign financial institutions integrate and acquire. In the past, we all believed that the financial industry was a “golden rice bowl”. Many people really want to enter, but now the financial industry recruitment, there are high admission rates, low registration rate and high turnover rate, three special phenomena. Long-term competitive pressures, reforms and challenges to society and the new law, high hours and high pressures, and high ethical standards will also make financial practitioners feel physically and mentally exhausted, and their difficulties cannot be imagined. It can be seen from the relevant literature that when studying the impact of various Job Stress on turnover intentions, if the employee''s job satisfaction is used as a disturbance variable, it will be found that job satisfaction has an interference effect on turnover intention. Therefore, this study takes case bank employees as the research object. Through in-depth sampling, it is hoped that through the collection and analysis of interview data, it can be verified that under the influence of high Job Stress, case bank employees can reduce their willingness to leave when they improve job satisfaction. This study will be based on the results of the study (1): Job Stress and turnover intention positive correlation ;(2): job satisfaction and turnover intention negatively correlated; (3): job satisfaction interferes with Job Stress and turnover intention. Advising authorities and businesses and hoping to help employees reduce their Job Stress when developing future policies related to the financial industry. In addition to planning the direction of the financial industry, the development of leadership strategies or follow-up researchers can serve as a reference for broader and in-depth applied research.
