This study takes the small middle and high grades of a country in Kaohsiung City as the research object, tries to explore the influence of the brand image, administrative and teaching perception value of the national primary school on student satisfaction, the teacher image interference factors as a moderator to construct the research structure. The research methods were designed by questionnaires to explore the relevance of each construct through correlation analysis, confidence and validity analysis, and regression analysis. The study found that the empirical and student satisfaction in the national primary school brand image has a significant positive impact, and the administrative and teaching perception value and student satisfaction also have a significant positive impact, but then continue to observe the interference effect of the teacher image, found the teacher image has no significant impact on the interference effect of the national primary school brand image and student satisfaction. Therefore, whether it is the good learning experience, the life experience and the administrative service experience that the students feel at the school, or the various lecture activities arranged by the students and the teaching arrangements of the teachers, can they actually the experience, the good impression and the sense of value, and even the professionalism, care and care of the faculty and staff will further affect the students'' satisfaction with the school.
