| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 會展管理與貿易行銷碩士學位學程 === 107 === With the change of social structure and the trend of the low birth rate, all levels of schools are facing the decrease of student quantity. Traditionally, junior high schools are basic education of a country directly related to the development of a country. Whether a school can provide quality service, meeting students’ and their parents’ expectation and win more recognition from them, with better learning environment and conditions is a much more essential requirement for schools especially when they are facing the problem of low birth rate.
This research aims for discussing education service quality for junior high schools. The goal of this research includes: 1. Discussing the education service quality, 2. Understanding the indicators of education service quality, 3. An empirical study of the recognition of the education service quality by students’ parents by surveying a junior high school in Tainan city, 4. Providing educational institutions on relevant results to improve the quality of education services.
A total of 324 parents were surveyed in a junior high school of Tainan City. The results suggest that in the future, when strengthening school resources, it should start with software and hardware equipments, the school can develop for students'' future career ability, and school needs to respond effectively to parents'' suggestions. Part of the promotion of foreign volunteers needs to be strengthened to help the school to improve service quality.
