To analyze what factors will affect the performance of employees in department stores. In this chapter, based on the research and summary, a total of 378 questionnaires were distributed. The effective questionnaires were 264, and the recovery rate was 69.84%. Organizational trust, work stress and job satisfaction will positively affect the performance of department store employees.
