Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between Leadership Style, Motivational Language, Mindfulness, and Leadership Effectiveness. The research object of this research is supervisors and employees of Tainan Science Park manufacturing companies. The questionnaires MLQ, MLS, CMAAS, and LES, were selected as research tools to this study. A total of 326 questionnaires were distributed in this study; there are 238 valid questionnaires were analyzed, at the recovery rate of 73%. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Direct supervisor’s Leadership Style has positive relationship on Leadership Effectiveness. (2) Direct supervisor’s Leadership Style has a positive relationship on the use of Motivating Language. (3) The Motivating Language usage of Direct supervisor has a slightly negative relationship on Leadership Effectiveness. (4) Direct supervisor’s Motivating Language has a significant mediation effect between its Leadership Styles and Leadership Effectiveness. (5) The Leadership Style of direct supervisor has a significant moderation effect on Leadership Effectiveness through Mindfulness.
