The willingness of Christian volunteers to commit themselves to the church to serve in the church is the key to the relative the importance of church organization management and development. This study takes the Christian volunteers in Tainan as the research subject and discusses the background variables (gender, marital status, age, education level, current occupational level, belief age, and identity in the church), personality traits, organizational identity, and service input. With randomly choosing the Christian volunteers in the Tainan area, convenience questionnaire sampling method was used. A questionnaire survey was conducted and a total of 310 questionnaires were distributed. There were 259 valid questionnaires, and the effective recovery rate was 84%. Descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, t-test, single-factor variation analysis, correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis, and mediation effect analysis were used to verify the hypothesis of this study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The age of Christian volunteers is 40 years old or older, and there are significant differences in personality traits; among them, women, high school/high-level (inclusive), and service-oriented persons show some significant differences in openness; Below 10 years, there was a significant difference in affinity and sensitivity. 2. Christian volunteers, unmarried, and beliefs have not experienced a significant difference in service investment for less than 10 years. Among them, service providers have significant differences in service input, and there are significant differences in loyalty. 3. Christian volunteers have a significant positive correlation with "personality" in terms of "personality traits", except for "sensitivity", which has a significant negative correlation; "Christian sympathy" has a significant positive correlation with "organizational identity". There is a significant negative correlation between "sensitivity"; Christian volunteers have a significant positive correlation between "organizational identity" and "service involvement". 4. Christian volunteers have significant predictive effects in various aspects such as openness, affinity, and loyalty, and the openness of personality traits has a significantly higher impact. 5. Similarity, membership relationship, and loyalty in organizational identity, there is a mediating effect on Christian volunteers' service identification. Keywords: Christian volunteers, personality traits, organizational identity, service involvement LEE, JIN-CHUAN 李金泉 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 148 zh-TW
