碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 商管專業學院 === 107 === Abstract: Many industries are completely opening to the global economy. The airline industry has witnessed to have strong development year after year. The main aim of this paper is to analyze and test the overall performance of airline companies which is listed on Vietnam Stock Exchange. The company performance is evaluated by two groups of criteria such as development potentiality and financial performance. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is applied in this research to determine the weights of all the criteria and rank the overall performance of each company. Values in pairwise comparison matrices are evaluated by triangular fuzzy numbers. Fuzzy weights of criteria are obtained through geometric mean and are further defuzzified by mean of removals. A numerical example is used to demonstrate the feasibility of the suggested method. Some comparisons are conducted to justify the suggested method.
