This thesis proposes two designs of small wireless access point MIMO antennas with 8-port and 4-port, respectively. Firstly, a design of 8-port MIMO antenna for the 5G C-band: the overall architecture size is 120mm × 120mm × 20mm. This antenna is designed with a monopole strip to activate the slot printed on the FR4 substrate. The characteristics of the slot are used to produce the C-band (3.3-3.8 GHz) of the fifth generation (5G), and then the middle slot is used to improve the isolation between them. Finally, it use the reflector to concentrate the radiation of the design, so that it has a higher gain (8.2 ~ 9.2 dBi). Secondly, a design of wireless access point MIMO antennas for the fifth generation band: the overall dimension is 100mm × 100mm × 20mm. The slot antenna uses the design of the microstrip line excitation slot to generate the C-band (3.3-3.8GHz) of the fifth generation mobile communication (5G), and then it achieves a higher isolation by using phase differences with the microstrip line and the slot in the middle. Finally, the radiation is concentrated upward by using the reflector to achieve a higher gain (6.3 ~ 8.2 dBi). Keywords: WAP antenna, MIMO, slot, microstrip line
