The users' participation motive, differences in perceived satisfaction, and the predictive force of satisfaction on loyalty are considered along with different background variables. This study adopts the convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey, distributing 250 with 235 valid sample returns. The returned samples are then studied with reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, independent t-sample test, analysis of variance, and analysis of correlation, and regression analysis. The results are the following. 1. The majority of YOHAS gym users are male, with degrees of college or above, and predominantly student by profession. The majority of users do not have a fixed frequency in using the gym, with average stay-time between 61 to 90 minutes. Users generally use the gym between 17:00 to 19:00, and mostly on Wednesdays. Users mainly come with friends and classmates and generally use cardio training equipment. 2. The participating motivation of the users of the YOHAS gym is primarily for the cultivating an exercising habit. They seek to achieve happiness and satisfaction, to reduce the potential risk of illness, and to improve wellness. However, users indicate that their satisfaction and loyalty scores are between "average" and "agree," implying that there is room for improvement. 3. The difference in the users' gender and the difference in the frequency of using the gym show significant variations in participating motive. The different status and different "average stay time" of gym users affect the users' satisfaction and cognitive perception. 4. The satisfaction and loyalty of the YOHAS gym users show a positive correlation, i.e., the higher the satisfaction, the more loyal the user.
