In order to solve the problem that people who had not served for 20 years but for 17-19 years could receive a life-time pension, MND file a petition for constitutional interpretation, regarding the year service of the military academic should be returned to the seniority. After the pension reform, it is necessary to replenishment for the seniority during the period of military academic in order to have it returned. Now, the pension reform has come to an end. The government should consider whether this replenishment of seniority can make the arm forces feel fair and use it as a reference for future reforms. This study aims to find out the the impacts of military’s year of service replenishment affecting the volunteer soldiers’ intention to stay with recognition of fairness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment by conducting questionnaire survey. Among it, there are 448 valid questionnaires. The finding shows that the study samples of military’s year of service replenishment are significant correlated with the intention to continue serving in the military and the government can also increase it by raising the recognition of fairness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 施坤壽 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 92 zh-TW
