A Study on Motivation and Benefits of CPR+AED Training for School Teachers in Pingtung County Junior High School

碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 休閒事業管理研究所 === 107 === The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the participation motivation and participation benefit of CPR+AED training of teaching and administrative staff of junior high school in Pingdong County, and to further verify the causal relationship of research hypothesis. Questionnaire survey was applied to collect the sample data. The formal questionnaire lasted 15 days from April 1 to 15, 2019, sending out 360 shares for testing, aiming at the teaching and administrative staff of Pingdong County Junior High School. Excluding 12 incomplete and invalid questionnaires, 348 valid questionnaires were obtained with a recovery rate of 96.7%. The collected valid questionnaire sample data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS 20.0 software, and then the validation factor analysis, convergence validity, discrimination validity, structural equation model fitness test and relationship verification between research variables were carried out by using AMOS 20.0 software. The results show that the overall model is well matched, and the hypothesis in which participation motivation of the hypothetical path has a significant impact (0.73*) on the participation benefit is valid. Finally, specific suggestions are put forward according to the findings of the study to enhance the motivation of CPR+AED participation, hoping to provide emergency rescue related units as a reference for policy formulation and follow-up research on CPR+AED training.
