Description
Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 環境與職業安全衛生系環境管理碩士班 === 107 === Due to the rapid development of science and technology and the vigorous economic development, the economic industry and social patterns are changing quickly, forming a trend of increasing concentration of the metropolitan area population. In addition to paying attention to their own life value, the public is paying more and more attention to the quality of medical care that the medical system can provide. In addition to hoping to receive a comprehensive and excellent medical service quality in the hospital, I also began to pay attention to the quality of emergency medical care services that can be received in the event of an emergency injury outside the hospital. Moreover, almost all people, things, and things related to people's lives, property, or aid are covered by firefighters. This study hopes to observe the factors that influence the disposal of rescuers through the medical treatment record. According to the analysis of 3,111 pieces of the medical treatment record from January to June of the Republic of China, the results of the study are summarized as follows: A. The proportion of trauma cases is 55 %, and the proportion of non-traumatic cases is 45 %. The effectiveness of medical treatment in trauma cases is indeed higher than that of non-traumatic cases and is significantly different [The odds ratio (OR) = 8.657]. B. Trauma case: a. In the locomotive accident, after the patients with head trauma were evaluated by the ambulance team and performed the collar fixation (OR=11.202), wounds cleaning (OR=4.836) and hemostasis dressing (OR=1.909) according to the procedure, the effectiveness of the medical treatment was higher than the unexecuted patient. b. After the patient in a fallen accident was evaluated by the ambulance team and performed the collar fixation (OR=4.676) according to the procedure, the effectiveness of the medical treatment was higher than the unexecuted patient. c. After the patient in a burned accident was evaluated by the ambulance team and performed wounds cleaning (OR = 65.362) and warm keeping (OR = 12.966)according to the procedure, the effectiveness of the medical treatment was higher than the unexecuted patient. C. Non-traumatic case: a. On the one hand, after the coma patient was evaluated as a breathing problem by the ambulance team and performed non-rebreathing mask (OR = 6.528) according to the procedure. If the breathing problem is not improved when performing a non-rebreathing mask, follow the procedure to perform BVM (OR=73.51). On the other hand, after the unconscious patient was evaluated as a blood sugar problem by the ambulance team and performed intravenous infusion (OR=47.197), oral glucose solution/powder (OR=9.247), and blood glucose measurement (OR=11.26). The effectiveness of the medical treatment was higher than the unexecuted patient. b. After the unconscious patient was evaluated by the ambulance team and performed blood glucose measurement (OR=5.524), patient with breathing problems should be given a nasal discharge according to the procedure (OR=2.597). If the breathing problem is not improved when the nasal tube is not improved, the mask should be energized according to the procedure (OR=2.765). If the breathing problem does not improve when performing the mask oxygen supply, BVM (OR=6.424) must be performed according to the procedure, which is more effective than the unexecuted person. c. In the case of patients with carbon monoxide poisoning, oxygen must be given first, and a non-rebreathing mask (OR = 291.636) must be used to increase the oxygen concentration, which is more effective than the unexecuted. This study confirms that the ambulance case will indeed affect the life signs of the injured patients after the ambulance personnel perform the treatment according to the process. The future research focus will be on the improvement of the medical treatment record sheet and the ambulance disposal.
