Seven and Zheng (2005) also indicated that knowledge management is a key factor in business success in past decades. The foundation of knowledge management is knowledge sharing (Liebowitz, 2001). Knowledge sharing has an obvious influence on enterprises. This study aims to explore employees' concerns on knowledge sharing, which affect their willingness to share knowledge because of perceived job insecurity, and whether organizational support has an moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing and job insecurity. The study was conducted through a questionnaire, with subjects from all walks of life, in a period of two weeks. They were asked to fill up online questionnaire of knowledge sharing, job insecurity, and perceived organizational support. The results show that job insecurity has a negative correlation with knowledge sharing. Perceived organization support has a positive correlation with knowledge sharing. However, perceived organization support does not exert an moderating effect on the relationship between job insecurity and knowledge sharing. Based on these findings, this study carries out theoretical and management implications and proposes relevant recommendations for future research. WU,CHIH-YUN 吳祉芸 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 74 zh-TW
