Therefore, the sustainable development strategy of the hostel and the good brand experience are important factors for the sustainable operation of the hostel. I hope that through the research and creativity of this research, it can provide an important reference direction for the homebuyers in the sustainable operation and brand experience. The study found that the hostel must have its own characteristics or characteristics, which is more popular with tourists; effectively reducing operating costs and increasing innovative business models can make the B&B more competitive; combined with local resources and opportunities for alliances, It can launch a package that is convenient for the public and enhance the opportunity to interact with tourists. However, with the development of Internet technology, the popularity of the shared economic network platform is a marketing and promotion opportunity for quality B&Bs to have faster and higher exposure. The protection of the environment and ecology, the fulfillment of social responsibilities, and the development of the community can bring more tourism resources and a good brand image. The study concluded that in terms of sustainable development and brand experience, the hostel not only provides visitors with a safe, natural and family-like homestay, but also needs a good business philosophy and an innovative business model. Promote the economic development of the hostel and the local area, and achieve a balance between the three in terms of ecological environment, humanities, society and economic interests.
