Statistics data show that the annual total output value of the construction industry continues to rise, the construction area of the building continues to expand, and the construction process causes the environmental and ecological damage, which makes the transformation of the construction industry to the green color sustainable development mode impatient. The construction industry can not wait for the transformation of the construction industry to the green color sustainable development mode because of the continuous improvement of the annual total output value of the construction industry, and the continuous expansion of the construction industry to the green color sustainable development mode. In order to meet the higher environmental requirements, all countries can effectively integrate external resources and realize the green color conversion of construction industries by implementing green color supply management. Therefore, in a large number of construction period, the implementation of green color supply must be carried out. Firstly, this paper studies the development of green supplier and construction supply chain, and on this basis, gives the content of green supplier management in construction industry. Then the implementation of green supplier management is analyzed from four aspects: green design, green procurement, green construction and green recycling. Thirdly, the factors affecting green suppliers in construction industry are analyzed from three aspects of energy saving, emission reduction and economy, and the evaluation index system of green suppliers is established. Finally, on the basis of explaining the importance of green supplier selection, the evaluation index system of green supplier is constructed based on the characteristics of green supply chain in construction industry.
