Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 車輛工程系 === 107 === In this paper, a multi-body dynamic simulation with flexible body is carried out for an electric bus, with step steering input test and single sinusoidal steering input test are analyzed and improved. Electric vehicles are a major trend in the current industry research and development, but under the change of power train, the handling performance of the whole vehicle has changed, especially in medium-sized bus, which is more obvious under the higher load and longer length. In the past, there have been many cases in which the anti-roll bar is used to improve the handling performance of the vehicle. This study extends to the multi-body dynamic simulation of the flexible vehicle body, and proposes suggestions for the future development of vehicle handling performance. According to the simulation, the vehicle can be improved in the step input test, under or over steering characteristics can be suppressed. At high-speed ,reduced by 50%, and the stabilization time has been reduced, unstable case has been stable.Although the yaw rate has been sacrificed. The handling safety was improved; in the single sinusoidal steering input test, after improvement, the difference in yaw angle before and after the test was reduced by 14.6% at high speed.
