Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 分子科學與工程系有機高分子碩士班 === 107 === In this study,Nanocomposites(CR/CNTs) were prepared by mixing chloroprene rubbers with different ratios of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) The dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)、tensile tests、Heat combines UV aging tests、low temperature fracture test and Mooney test were used to explore the dynamic characteristics、mechanical、agung information、fracture data and viscoelastic response of nanocomposite. The experimertial results showed that the Tg、storage modulus (E,) of ML value、tensile strength、modulus nad the low temperature fracture toughness addition of the composite were and increased with the addition of the CNTs in the cr/CNTs and there value were increased with the increase of the amont of the CNTs、 elongation at break、mooney scorch time(TS5)、mooney vulcanizationtime(TS10) and value of optimum time of vulcanization(TC90) of the composite werw vice versa measured after adding. The heat aging and anti-UV test after aging at 100°C for 7 days of the composite proved that the addition of CNTs could effectively improve the residual rates of the tensile propertise.
