Its purpose is to create an easy-to-use transportation network based on user-centric concept. The main purpose of social media is to connect the people with the same interests, and share ideas with each other. The project proposes the concept of combining social networks and traffic mobility services, and implements a community-based intelligent mobility service platform connecting people through social media functions. To achieve the goals of promoting social mobility services, we develop Android and iOS Apps which provide walls to let users post and share their articles and photos by categories to their friends or the public, automatically collecting the information of the Points Of Interest (POI) corresponding to the articles for readers easily getting more relevant info about the locations. In addition, the Apps provide the transportation information such as mass transit vehicles, shared transport vehicles (taxis, public bicycles), and providing relevant information on transportation services, such as: public transport , routing plan and transfer information, travel time, estimated expense. To provide more information about the users' POI, we integrate the Google Place Services and offer the public evaluation, comments and opinions, photos and street view of the POI for readers. If the readers are interested in the POI, they may keep the articles to their repositories, promptly chat with their friends thru the chatroom functions, or planning travel itinerary with their friends or by themselves, hopefully it would be helpful to boost the booming of the social mobility services.
