Compared with other companies, Chunghwa Post has accumulated many core values and resources that are difficult to surpass. With the rapid changes in the external environment, it is bound to have a small impact on Chunghwa Post, since the "One-hundred-year-old store with reliable credit" has always been the evaluation given to Chungwa Post. However, with the rapid changes in the external environment, how to help the enterprise make new changes is its most important issue now. Through the relevant literature review, this study explores the ways of postal transformation and diversified management in other countries, and based on the four key factors affecting the digital transformation of enterprises, through SWOT and five-force analysis, it sums up the competitive advantage of Chunghwa Post. Towards a digital transformation path and diversification of operations to propose future policies and recommendations. The decline in mail volume is a dilemma faced by postal countries all over the world. In order to breakthrough the main business model of the past to sell stamps and send letters, more diversified operation strategies have become the only way for postal transformation. However, today's customers enjoy a more convenient environment of retrieving information on the Internet than before, so they must provide customers with services that are more in line with needs and personalization. Because the nature and environment of the business model have undergone tremendous changes, efforts should be made to motivate employees to improve their abilities. In addition to the above, both business transformation must be optimized through emerging technologies to enable timely discovery and resolution of problems.
