In modern mass production, nearly 70% to 90% of products depend on mold production, and mold has become an important foundation in industrial development. Nowadays, the speed of new products is getting faster and faster, which makes the manufacturing cycle of mold companies shorter. With the increasingly fierce market competition, large and medium-sized mold factories are under great pressure. In terms of technical aspects, high precision / low cost / short delivery time is the development trend of the mold industry. Since mold design is the initial stage of the manufacturing process, how to speed up the design speed of designers and design high-quality molds in a short time becomes an extremely important issue. Due to the mobility of personnel and the long training period of talents, the contradiction between supply and demand of designers also forced more research on the application of development technology and technology of mold design to cope with the market demand for rapid design and development of molds. The purpose of this research is to study the design and manufacture of plastic molds and the difficulties encountered in them, and to propose a rapid design technical architecture of KBE plastic molds. Through the process analysis optimization / design standardization optimization / UG software secondary development, to solve the key factors affecting the rapid design of plastic molds, revealing the fundamental way to improve the rapid design and manufacture of plastic molds, is to further deepen the knowledge-oriented mold design, thus Propose the vision of design development towards intelligence and information.
