It is expected to grow to $91.4 billion in 2023 and a compound annual growth in 2018-2023. The rate (CAGR) was 7.39%. The growth of the industrial IoT market is driven by many factors, such as the use of automated system production, which will reduce production costs and increase the return on investment (ROI) of the entire production process. Governments in major countries such as China, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the United States and India have also promoted a number of incentives to the adoption of industrial IoT solutions. In fact, China's 2025 policy and One Belt and One Road Initiative have accelerated the upgrade of China's infrastructure and industrial development. It will continue to promote the market growth of the Industrial Internet of Things in China. MOXA was established in 1987. We have committed to the growth strategy of corporate culture over 32 years in industrial automation. MOXA is exploring the innovation of technology and products, running global business including China, America, Europe, Russia and Asia countries, improving service of quality in major vertical market. Therefore, MOXA’s sales performance is in stable and steady growth. However, looking at the coming great opportunity of industrial IoT globally, MOXA China is absolutely getting important in global IIoT position. Globalization and localization are driving our customer’s demand change. How to lead or make the next growth strategy has become an important topic for MOXA China. This study is starting from the interview of well-known corporations and companies in the industrial Internet of Things industry. It will also summarize how to respond to external environmental changes and new demand in IIoT and prepare the company's re-growth strategy, including organizational goals, organizational capabilities, re-organization, product strategy, co-create value, market differentiation, enhancing the competitive advantage and other business model conversion. We hope the results can be a helpful reference to whom are running similar corporations or relevant industry to develop growth strategy and make company great in the long run.
