The main management tasks of the contractor's site management and construction management are: management schedule management, cost control management, quality management, personnel safety and facility maintenance management, and environmental sanitation management. It can improve the quality of the construction management of the construction plant and successfully fulfill the performance of the project contract. His research is aimed at the existing building floor in northern Taiwan. The construction company cooperates with the construction company of the self-owned enterprise. Through the small package, it directly grasps the consumer's intention and does a comprehensive construction management.
