However,in the news report had heard that local traffic construction is idling. For example, the Kaohsiung Light Rail has been in traffic for more than one year, and the daily traffic has not reached ten thousands. After the Tamsui light rail is open to traffic, The traffic jam is still unresolved as usual.And the vacancy rate has reached a new high, and it is unable to drive local economic development as expected.
This study will take the Taipei MRT Wenhu Line as the research object.,taking the population density and land value around the station as the research target, exploring whether the construction of the MRT will promote the vigorous development of the surrounding regional economy.The value of land is an important indicator that directly reflects economic development,.Therefore, the correlation analysis of Pearson's spread is carried out through the demographic data of the administrative district along the line and the growth and decline of land value,observe whether the migration and the land price along the line before and after the operation of the MRT Wenhu Line are related and interact with each other.As a result of the evaluation of the economic impact of the traffic construction in the Taipei City and New Taipei City area on the surrounding areas.
