However, Developed countries such as Europe, America, Japan have established patents walls for developing robots. There is no sufficient studies and analyses on patent deployment of domestic robot industry. This paper will define and classify robots, and analysize the industrial academic literature and patent analysis reports, The robot-related technologoes will be categorized and correspond to the industrial application chain. This paper will analyze the patents by selecting Patent database, formulating search strategy and search formula. It will divide the patent deployment analysis into six parts, incluing the whole machine, mechanism module, sensing module, drive module, controller module and comprehensive. By comparing the patent year, patent applicant, patent applicant country, patent IPC technology, patent reference cited number of times, etc... This paper will look for patent cases from the robot industry technology since 2000, based on the quantitative analysis of the search results, compare the IPC technology content, convert patent quantities into valuable analyzable chart information. By analyzing the patent technology trend the robot industry, this paper will servce as an assessment and forecast of industry trends of robot-related technologies.
