Because the Internet continues to fight 24 hours a day, the Internet economy is booming, driving new business models, and integrating new ideas to evolve the platform. With the emergence of the economy, the platform has become the mainstream commercial development today, and the consumption pattern has been changed at a global rate, and the production cost has been greatly reduced. This shows the importance of the platform. This study is aimed at the business model literature and the status quo of mobile phone recycling. The commercial model Jiugongge explores the commercial connotation of mobile phone recycling, and the SWOT analysis points out the advantages and disadvantages of the mobile phone recycling platform. Finally, the business model of the platform ecosystem and mobile phone recycling platform was constructed.
