The role of researcher is dutifully explored the meaning of each frame that carries its own particular significance. This 16mm film can also be treated as a time capsule preserving scenes from in Chiayi county and city from the 1960s, with its historical culture and architecture, traditional religion activities, and lifestyle, as well as the birth of the Chiayi Christian Hospital. When a time capsule is opened through the restoration process, the researcher has an opportunity to understand the meaning on celluloid, the value of which is not only the image, but also the underlying passion shining through the film itself, which we can call the “Aurora” of Preaching and Healing.
