In this study, exploratory research method was used to deep interview. The study found that the personality traits, cross-culture ,serviceskill are significantly related to the appropriate foreign care workers. Finally, employers or intermediaries can refer to this study, in the selection of appropriate foreign care workers, people can have some considerations.
