Description
Summary:碩士 === 東南科技大學 === 營建科技與防災研究所在職專班 === 107 === Living in Taipei city, there are many people taking the MRT. If there is a fire or power outage in the tunnel without proper plan for rescue evacuation, the public will have an accident due to panic. Even when a major accident such as a terrorist attack occurs, the consequences of its casualties will be more serious. Therefore, how to evacuate and rescue in the MRT tunnel is the main purpose of this paper. This study was completed through case studies, expert interviews, literature review, and actual deduction. Taking the Xindian District Public Office Station to Qizhang Station of the Xindian Songshan Line as an example, the MRT tunnels and subway tunnels disaster rescue examples that have occurred in foreign countries are used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the rescue. Based on its experience, we will find a suitable method for the Taiwanese environment. Then improve the fire self-defense groupings implemented at the current stage of the MRT, and provide the direction that firefighters can start when they are rescued. Looking back at the operation of Taiwan current MRT system, experts interviewed to discuss the difficulties of current firefighters rescued on the MRT tunnel to find the solution. Finally, through the actual exercise to inspect the problem and solve it, it is expected that the future will be more smooth when the MRT tunnel is rescued.
