It begins at the beginning of the human history and transfers into different factions and categories. Based on mechanics, it is combined with strategy and medical, displaying the attack and defense, the beauty of body and also keeping your body fit. Although it might looks offense, instead it is full of Chinese cultures and artistic.   This research is a case study on Master Shih Cheng Chong whom has formulated Wushu based on the body concept of Confucianism and Taoist. The case isreviewing through the somatic points of view and studying under six kinds of data collecting methods. Exploring how the Master uses traditional Wushu somatic education, including the process of his learning and teaching, also combining the theoretical and practical, the researcher has discussed different subjects from variousperspective of the Master.   Although the study looks like a personal biography, but under the Master almost seventy years life experiences ,it turns out to be an extraordinary story which leading the researcher to inquire his physiology and mentality.   The results shows that, traditional Wushu based that is based on the Master, is the somatic education which improves the quality of body; the display of beauty, traditional Wushu through hands, eyes, bodies, waists, steps,mind and physical expression; the physical and mental peaceful mode through consistently self-examine and self-reflect. It is a dynamic, circular and continuing process for both teachers and learners. It can strengthen tenacity of a person, make him be adjustable to physical, mental and the environment. Somatic education based on traditional Wushu is a reveal of Chinese philosophy, and forms and applications is the reinterpretation of attack and defense experiences.
