| Summary: | 碩士 === 大同大學 === 工程管理碩士在職專班 === 107 === In recent years, with the progress of traffic infrastructure, the convenience of the people in the traffic is also improved. However, as the number of motor vehicles in Taiwan increase continuelly, many problems of noise pollution are gradually generated which affect the quality of life of the people. The construction of the noise barriers has become one of the main improvement methods.
The purpose of this study is to explore the key factors affecting the effectiveness of the noise barriers. Through the literature review, data collecting and compaction, I listed the key factors and established the research indicators. According to the analysis of questionnaire done by the experts, and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to analyze the weight ordering between the facets.
In this study, the hierarchy of 4 dimensions and 14 factors is established. The results show that the weight ordering affecting the performance of the noise barriers are: planning dimension, design dimension, maintenance dimension and construction dimension. The first three key factors to affecting the effectivness of noise barriers by weight ordering are: quality maintenance, location of noise barriers and the laws and guidelines of noise barriers design.
