This study is aimed at the above phenomenon and interviews 10 Taiwanese designers in an in-depth interview. Investigate the status of work in the mainland, work and life adaptation and adjustment, teamwork issues, and then analyze the content according to the content of the interview. This study finds that when Taiwanese designers choose to work in the mainland, they generally take self-seeking as an important intrinsic motivation. The external motivation is mainly based on salary and future development. Although the language is the same, there is still a situation of incompatibility when actually going to work. Because cultural differences are different from educational guidelines, indirect influence on vocabulary use. There is a clear difference between the fast pace of the business model and the premise of speed. In the communication of vocabulary gaps or conversations, it is necessary to make up the difference in time.
