This study finds that when Taiwanese designers choose to work in the mainland, they generally take self-seeking as an important intrinsic motivation. The external motivation is mainly based on salary and future development. Although the language is the same, there is still a situation of incompatibility when actually going to work. Because cultural differences are different from educational guidelines, indirect influence on vocabulary use. There is a clear difference between the fast pace of the business model and the premise of speed. In the communication of vocabulary gaps or conversations, it is necessary to make up the difference in time.
