Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 工業設計學系(所) === 107 === Danshui has been ruled by different nationalities at different times, and today there are many buildings left over from the culture at that time; including the ruins of Chinese architecture that are increasingly rare. At present, Danshui talks about historical sites and seems to pay more attention to maintaining the remains of foreigners historic buildings, but forgetting our historical footprints and appearances. In general, the old street in Danshui, which we are familiar with, is Zhongzheng Road. However, the first commercial street in the real Danshui with time and space is the “reconstruction street” along the slope of the hill. The fate of the Danshui reconstruction street is constantly changing. (1968s)the Danshui urban plan No. 6 road widening policy was officially implemented in 2010, resulting in the destruction of most old houses. Therefore, local resident Cheng Xuzhong (A Zhongge) took the initiative to launch The 530 Station was full of redevelopment of the street. Finally, the civic power was used to delay the expansion of the project. At present, there are many enthusiastic people in the district to reclaim the historical value of the redevelopment of the neighborhood through community-building activities. To sum up, this study is mainly to explore the feasibility of shaping the Chinese block in the Danshui Reconstruction Street to create a themed space with the community; its research scope is selected from the Reconstruction Street Step Entrance (near zhongzheng Road) to Reconstruction Street No. 87 (near culture Road) Between the roads. The main purpose of the study was to (1) to visit the public's thoughts and feelings on promoting the reconstruction of the " Chinese District" project. (2) To investigate the satisfaction and evaluation of the public's feelings about the living environment in the current situation. (3) Exploring the public's architectural preferences and ideas for the restoration and preservation of the living areas near "Sakizaki" and "Reconstruction Street"; (4) Exploring the preferences and feelings of the public participating in community-building activities and workshops for Reference directions for community building activities in the future. (5) Investigate the expectations and needs of local residents for the future development of the redevelopment block. The research method is carried out through case study method, field survey method, in-depth interview method, questionnaire survey method, etc., and the questionnaire data results are calculated by EXCEL function. Then, based on the historical and cultural rebuilding street, street house cases and current situation investigation and analysis, the paper will be discussed in depth as a follow-up study and analysis. Finally, the results of interviews, cases, field investigations and questionnaires will be discussed in depth. Finally, this study found that most of the respondents agreed that the " Chinese Block" project was carried out, but they did not understand the "Scope of Implementation" and "Execution Project". Most of the respondents were about 35% satisfied with the current living environment; 25% were dissatisfied. Most of the respondents expressed "consent" to rebuild the neighborhood with "new and old buildings blending"! And "in favor" the urban renewal and historical architecture integration and the "integrated development" planning and design of the "town planning"! Most of them agreed to rebuild the early "low street house" architectural style of the street and Sakizaki, and for the "ladder creative market" activities, most people were less interested in the need to make additional plans for correction.
