The researchers conducted a questionnaire survey, and issued 401 questionnaires and 377 valid questionnaires. After the questionnaire was collected, SPSS for Windows 22.0 statistical suite software was used for data processing analysis. Statistical analysis was performed based on the descriptive statistics, repeated measured ANOVA, Independent-Samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The main findings of the study were as follows: 1. More than 80% of the elementary school senior students in the upper grades had enough physical activity. 2. The self-respect of the elementary school senior students was the upper middle. 3. The frustration tolerance of the elementary school senior students was the upper middle. 4. Among the factors of self-esteem of the elementary school senior students, the "positive self-esteem" was the highest, followed by "negative self-esteem." 5. The factors of frustration tolerance in the the elementary school senior students were the highest in "interpersonal frustration tolerance", followed by "failure frustration tolerance" and "challenge frustration tolerance". 6. Grade, gender and physical activity had no significant difference in "self-esteem". 7. Grade, gender and physical activity had no significant difference in "frustration tolerance". 8.
