Taking a total of 449 elementary school student participators of 2017 Taipei City Tee Ball Championship as the study object. The data were filed and analyzed with SPSS for Windows version 12.0, processed with Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Independent-Sample T-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD Post-hoc Comparison and Peaeson Product-moment Correlation. Analysis results were as follows: 1. The elementary school students’ Tee Ball participation motivation factors were “Health Knowledge”, “Psychological Factors” and “External Influence”; and the learning satisfaction factors were “Peer Relationship”, “Teaching Profession”, “Teaching Facility” and “Accomplishment”. 2. While compared the differences of participation motivation, there were significant differences found on the factors of “Health Knowledge” and “Psychological Factors” by different genders of the students; there were significant differences found on the factors of“Psychological Factors” and “External Influence” by different grades of the students; there were significant differences found on the following factors by different practice time of the students: “Psychological Factors” and “External Influence”. 3. While compared the differences of learning satisfaction, there was a significant difference found on the factor of “Accomplishment” by different genders of the students; there were significant differences found on the factors of “Teaching Profession” and “Teaching Facility” by different grades of the students; there were significant differences found on the factors of “Teaching Facility” and “Accomplishment” by different practice time of the students, there were significant differences found on the following factors by different participate seniority of the students: “Peer Relationship” and “Accomplishment”. 4.
