This study adopted questionnaire survey method. Stratiied random ampling research method was adopted, and the survey participants are elementary school fifth-graders and sixth-graders in Taipei. The study issued a total of 875 questionnaires, with the return rate of 96%, among which there were 759 questionnaires vaild. The data was analyzed by, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way AVOVA, Person product moment correlation, and structural equation model(SEM). The conclusion of this study are as follows : (1) The students' perceptions of teacher transformative leadership are high; (2) The students' learning attitude are high; (3) The students' learning outcomes learning outcomes; (4) Different genders of Taipei elementary school teachers have different perspectives on transformative leadership, learning attitude and learning outcomes; (5) The perception of different personal backgrounds from the senior students of Taipei elementary school have some differences in teacher transformative leadership, learning attitude and learning outcomes; (6)Taipei elementary school teachers' transformative leadership and students' learning attitude are positively related to the moderate level, and the students' learning outcomes are positively correlated with the low degree of learning. The learning attitudes and learning outcomes are positively correlated to the moderate level; (7) Teacher transformative leadership influences learning outcomes through student learning attitude, and learning attitude have partial mediating effects. According to the research findings, some suggestions are proⅵded for school units, teachers, and research staff engaged in future related research.
