The study employs survey method. The samples are 1,100 teachers selected from 120 elementary schools in Taiwan. There are 1,003 effective respondents .The valid rate of returned questionnaires is 90.36%. The instrument is “Teacher Leadership, Teacher Collegiality and Teaching Innovation Inventory”. Data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, stepwise regression analysis, and structural equation model (SEM). The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The degrees of teacher leadership, teacher collegiality, teaching innovation are at upper middle levels. 2.There are significant differences among school size, educational background, service period, position, and leading role in terms of teacher leadership. 3.There are significant differences among school size, position, and leading role in terms of teacher collegiality. 4.There are significant differences among position and leading role in terms of teaching innovation. 5.The correlations among teacher leadership, teacher collegiality, and teaching innovation are positive. 6.Teaching innovation can be predicted by teacher leadership and teacher collegiality. 7.The feasibility of structural equation model among teacher leadership, teacher collegiality, and teaching innovation is verified. 8.Teacher leadership influences teaching innovation positively through teacher collegiality, indicating a partial mediate effect. According to the conclusions, some suggestions are provided as references for department of education, elementary schools, teachers and future studies. Chang, Derray 張德銳 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 221 zh-TW
