碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 經營管理研究所在職專班 === 107 === This study explores the key success factors for the development of leisure agriculture in the Taoyuan area. Taking the agricultural fairs held in 2017 and 2018 as examples, the key factors for developing leisure agriculture in terms of policy and development are summarized. This study takes a case study approach and conducts in-depth interviews to summarize the relevant priorities. Study design semi-structured interview questions, there are two categories of policy and development, extending six interview questions; interviews were conducted between February 2019 and March 2019, and the interviews were recorded, verbatim, and summarized. This study proposes research conclusions at two levels of research design. The key success factors of the policy are summarized into three conclusions: (1) The direction of the policy area helps the event to succeed, (2) Systematic counseling to improve business quality, (3) Amend the regulations in a timely manner to respond to the development of the industry. The key success factors of the development surface are summarized in five research conclusions: (1) Counseling young farmers to return to their homeland to deepen land management, (2) Using local characteristics to develop characteristic agriculture, (3) Using experience agriculture to enhance tourists' interest, (4) Using enterprise management techniques to improve operational performance, and (5) Applying marketing Techniques to expand farm visibility.
