This study aims to adjust work stress through leisure activities, optimize job satisfaction, and gain insight into the frequency and timing of leisure activities. influences. This study takes the national aviation ground staff as the research object to understand the impact of the participation of leisure activities on work performance and work pressure. This research is first collected through relevant literature, using convenient sampling method, conducting questionnaire survey and collecting and collecting data, and using SPSS23.0 statistical software for data analysis, in order to understand how to improve the participation of leisure activities is good for job satisfaction. And positive ascension, to achieve relaxation and balance of body and mind, and participate in leisure activities to improve physical health and enhance interpersonal relationships and communication. The analysis results are as follows: 1. Nationality Aviation Ground Staff Ground Staff Leisure Activities and current conditions are: online, reading newspapers and magazines, watching TV, family gatherings, and tasting food. 2. Nationality aviation ground staff leisure activities participation positively affects job performance. 3. Nationality aviation ground staff perceives stress negatively affects job performance. 4. Nationality aviation ground staff leisure activities participate in the negative impact on perceived pressure. For the pressure that cannot be mastered, it is recommended that the airlines can personally organize seminars and counseling to reduce the pressure that the ground staff cannot grasp. At the same time, it is recommended to assist the ground staff to handle the time allocation properly. The plan to be achieved can be mastered, and the individual does not feel nervous and stressed. Airlines must have a sound complaints system.
