碩士 === 育達科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理所 === 107 === This study was mainly to explore the status of the main caregiver for infants and young children. This study used qualitative research methods to study the data of six infants and toddlers in the three private nursery centers and a public nursery center in Linkou District, New Taipei City. Its findings are: 1. According to the interview results, the main caregivers of infants and young children generally hold the view that they do not trust the home babysitters' care style, so they choose the nursery center. 2. According to the interview results, the main caregivers of infants and young children choose the nursery center through the internal search of personal social experience, and field interviews, followed by external resource search. 3. According to the interview results, it is found that the primary caregivers of infants and young children choose the reference factors of the nursery center, such as the geographical factors, the professional qualities of the caregiver, the environment, the transparent and open supervision, the nursery experience and the expenses. According to the findings of this study, the researchers made practical suggestions for the government and the nursery center, and made recommendations for future research.
