Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 107 === This study aims to investigate the relationship among incentive plan and job involvement of policemen at the police station. The subjects comprised the policemen at the police station(police beat policemen)Yunlin County Police Bureau. With Convenience Sampling, 209 questionnaires were distributed, 169 valid copies account for recovery rate of 80.86%. The analysis tools included T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression. The results are as follows: 1. In terms of job involvement, there are significant differences by the policemen at the police station are different " age groups", " seniority", " marital status" and " having children or not". 2. In the incentive plan, there are three rewards have significant medium positive correlation between reward value preference and job involvement by the policemen at the police station. 3.The reward value preference of the policemen at the police station can significantly predict job involvement, the overall regression variation is 18.3%.
