Leave the relationship between any will and personal characteristics. The research method adopts the “questionnaire survey method”. In this study, total 189 valid questionnaires were collected. The findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The first three reasons for the employee turnover of the drug store are: work team relationship, finding better or higher-paying jobs, life career planning, and the most important team relationship among supervisors. 2. The items that the employees of the drug store think that the retention factor is more important are the company's vacation and welfare system and the team relationship between the supervisors and colleagues. The vacation system has the highest impact. 3. Different "gender", "age", "educational level", "marriage and child status" and "commuting distance" are significantly different in the flow factor dependent variable. 4. Different "marriage and child status", "service years" and retention factors are significantly different depending on the variables.
