It is evaluated by various indicators such as revenue, profit, costs, etc. Those indicators may have different importance depending on the company strategies. In order to ensure the effective operation and development of a business, managers should accurately evaluate its performance. It is important to find out the factors affecting the business performance and present immediate solutions for improvement. In addition to evaluate the business performance through financial indicators, it is vital to analyze factors affecting the performance including macro factors, micro factors and internal factors of the business.
