Due to the popularity of today's mobile network 4G LTE and Wifi, we can connect to the Internet through many mobile devices. Therefore, we refer to the existing IoT system model architecture and hope to develop a self-contained IoT system through Web Markup Language (HTML). In this paper will focus on Internet protocols development of FPGA core, and the related research work includes two major parts. The purpose of first part is to refer the existing IoT system, integrate TCP/IP, HTTP and other communication protocols, write in Keil C programming language, and use Wireshark software to develop debugging and verification tools. The second part is the HTML webpage design and grammar rules required by the PC-side web browser.
