碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 高階管理碩士學位學程 === 107 === With the importance of globalization grows, numbers of student decide to join the exchange project, however ,different culture become major issue they need to face. Culture shock might decrease student’s learning ability and failed the purpose of exchange. This study aims to explore the Rotary Youth Exchange Program(RYE) existing problem. Moreover, discuss the effect of host family to decrease the culture shock and culture adjustment period. In this research, we provide three hypothesis .Through interviews with the organization, host family and exchange student, point out the problem of RYE and provide possible suggestion.
