Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 107 === Among existing engineering software in Taiwan, most systems include modules of accounting, estimation, labor safety and quality control. In recent years, labor safety and health, quality control and daily report management systems have been gradually developed for construction firms. However, there are few systems for progress management specifically construction firms. As a result, the collection and statistical analysis of various information records often rely on a large amount of manpower, and judgement on progress are mostly subjective, which unwittingly undermines work efficiency and accuracy of decision-making for engineering staff on-site, and further affects overall cost of the progress. Based on the technology of system analysis and design, this thesis aims to design a project schedule system which combines the basic project information in WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure), and uses "task" as the link of different breakdown structure. The system adopts computers and mobile devices as operating vehicles to establish and maintain data through Web application and also uses mobile devices to record actual work on-site. Its main functions include photo-taking, uploading attachments, text description, temporary storage and batch functions. The task completion rate recorded by the mobile device can serve as the proof of the actual progress in practice. Based on the concept of structured system, we can conduct real-time, automated analysis and statistics of various data, in order to shorten the time that on-site engineers spend on various data statistical analysis and to make the actual progress recordings more accurate and reliable. This thesis is divided into three steps. Firstly, the existing project management model, project data and user needs are analyzed through literature review and collection of on-site information, and the system structure of this thesis is designed based on the results of the analysis. Secondly, after determining the system structure, this thesis uses database design technology to build the system entity data sheet and the relationship among data, in order to develop the entity relationship model. Finally, the graphical user interface is drawn, and combined with the user case procedure to explain the operation instructions. To sum up, the system analysis and design of this thesis is mainly aimed to outline the blueprint of future system development, and provides a reference for future system developers
