碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to understand whether Taiwan's Level B technician for auto-body repair skill certificate specifications meets the needs of the industry. This study was conducted in the form of an expert discussion. First part is to analyze and compare the ASE collision and repair test certificate specifications in the USA and Taiwan's Level B technician for auto-body repair skill certificate specifications. After obtaining the preliminary comparison table, the second part is the expert discussion. After the comparison table is submitted to the experts for comparison, to see if Taiwan's Level B technician for auto-body repair skill certificate specifications meet the needs of the industry. The results of the study show that: (1) The skill type of the certificate specifications is a great similarity between Taiwan’s certificate specifications and ASE collision and repair test. (2) Taiwan's Level B technician for auto-body repair skill certificate specifications has one test item that needs to be added, which is content No.6 “Body Shape Correction and Adjustment”, item 4 “Body Outer Panel Replacement”, change to “The Ability to Replace, Repair, Remanufacture, Rebuild, and Renovate the outer body of the body”. And two test item needs to be deleted, which is content No.3 “Relevant Implements and Maintenance”, item 3 “Grinding” and item 4 “Spot welding electrode head”. (3) The structure of Taiwan's Level B technician for auto-body repair skill certificate specifications can take ASE collision and repair test certificate specifications as reference. (4) Taiwan's Level B technician for auto-body repair skill certificate test content does not meet the need of the industry should be revised as soon as possible. In the end, the results of the study will be made to the MOL in Taiwan: (1) The test questions should be linked to the industry. (2) Taiwan's Level B technician for auto-body repair skill certificate should evaluate the feasibility of provide E-test service. (3)The MOL should evaluate the feasibility of set up Taiwan's Level A technician for auto-body repair skill certificate.
